Plumsense is a cloud-based Software as a Service platform that helps organizations securely manage and monitor sensors and gateways deployed at client locations for asset tracking and condition monitoring. Through the portal, clients can configure policies to receive alerts when sensors go out of range or go offline.
Client admins can decide who should receive these alerts, how often they should be sent, and invite users accordingly. Currently, Plumsense supports email and SMS alerts or notifications.
The platform also provides functionality to remotely manage devices and perform Over-the-Air updates. Additional modules allow users to create customizable reports for asset tracking, healthcare, food industry, cargo, and transportation use cases. For healthcare teams, Plumsense can support Temperature Monitoring Systems for Healthcare by helping monitor critical storage areas, medical assets, vaccines, and other temperature-sensitive items. For food businesses, it can support Food Safety Temperature Monitoring Systems by helping teams track storage conditions and receive alerts when readings move outside the set range.
Plumsense can also be used with Temperature Calibration Services to help businesses maintain more accurate sensor performance and support better monitoring records over time.
